Frequently Asked Questions

Sutahi accepts Saudi National ID (Huwwiyya), GCC national IDs, international passports, iqama (residency permit), visit visas, and Nusuk pilgrim IDs. The system validates the format of each type and flags discrepancies before check-in is completed.

Yes. Sutahi supports CSV and Excel import for guest profiles. Our migration team can map your existing data fields to Sutahi's schema. Standard import covers name, nationality, ID numbers, contact details, and previous stay records.

At check-in, the front desk tablet or kiosk displays a digital consent form in the guest's language (Arabic/English). The guest signs or taps Agree — this is timestamped, stored against their profile, and accessible for audit at any time.

Sutahi flags expired documents with a red warning at check-in and logs the alert. The system doesn't block check-in (that's a hotel policy decision) but creates a compliance note on the reservation that you can review and action. You can configure the system to require manager override for expired IDs.
